Consultancy Services to Support a Ugandan Bank in the Implementation of its Environmental and Social Action Plan and enhancement of its Environmental and Social Management System

We provided consultancy services to a Ugandan bank to support the implementation of its Environmental and Social Action Plan and enhance its Environmental and Social Management System (ESMS). The project included auditing the bank’s current ESMS, conducting a gap analysis to identify improvements needed, analyzing the environmental and social context in Uganda, and proposing updates to the bank’s ESG Policy, ESMS, Procedures, and implementation tools. The project also involved capacity building for bank staff in implementing the ESMS.
