Our team provided consultancy services to a financial institution in Uganda to develop an Environmental and Social Management System (ESMS). This involved conducting a situation and gap analysis of the institution’s current practices for environmental management, engaging with key stakeholders to define the scope and objectives of the ESMS, and developing an ESMS and associated implementation tools.
Atacama Consulting also conducted training for the institution’s company and top management to facilitate institutionalisation of the system.
