Patrick is the Head of Social & Policy Unit at Atacama Consulting. He is in charge of overseeing the activities and growth of the firm’s Social & Policy Unit. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Economics from Makerere University and is a member of the International Association of Impact Assessment (IAIA).
