We facilitated large scale socio-economic baseline data collection and stakeholder engagement in support of detailed ESIA studies for the Makuutu Rare Earths Project. Our approach involved developing, translating, and designing Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials to facilitate information sharing, coupled with undertaking in-depth qualitative and quantitative socio-economic assessments.
By leveraging our expertise and experience in the mining sector, we provided valuable insights and data to inform project decision-making while ensuring that environmental and social considerations remained at the forefront of the project development.
